From a national network of service centres, dedicated technicians are on hand to install and maintain your equipment, including emergency call-outs, repair and calibration. This system is supported by our spares warehouse for genuine replacement parts and our electronic workshop for the test and repair of electronic products and printed circuit boards.

Each technician receives continuous training to perfect repair and maintenance skills and is also kept abreast of essential disciplines including health and safety, environmental awareness and customer care.

Software Services

Through our software company, AASoftware, we are committed to supporting our software customers. Our software engineers continually remain at the forefront of software and hardware capabilities, and we are able to provide long-term software support and solutions.

NATA Accreditation

Our Victorian, South Australian and Western Australian branches are NATA accredited laboratories for Physical and Dimensional Metrology.

Trade Measurement Certification

Accuweigh holds Trade Measurement Servicing Licences for all mainland Australian states and territories. These licences allow Accuweigh to perform certifications of trade-approved weighing equipment, from small retail scales to full-length weighbridges.

System Designs

We've installed a lot of different types of systems and a lot of system configurations over the years. You might want to design a system yourself, but you can be assured that we have experience in system design and take this process off your hands, if you wish. We can also provide advice throughout the design stage, if you choose to design the system yourself.
