LOADCELLS - PM ONBOARD
Accuweigh is the exclusive Australian agent for PM Onboard - a leader in the design, manufacture and service of onboard vehicle weighing systems and associated software for the bulk haulage, waste management and recycling industries.
Loadcells are an integral component of all PM Onboard weighing equipment with all loadcells engineered for a long service life under the toughest of conditions. The loadcells are mounted on the truck chassis to weigh the payload to provide an accurate and durable mobile weighing system without causing double handling.
The loadcells are connected to a loadcell summing box which relays the analogue weight signal to typically a PM 1200 digital weight indicator for conversion into a digital weight reading for display to the operator. Accuweigh offers several types of double-ended shearbeam loadcells to suit the final application. Some models are constructed of stainless steel for harsh environment applications and other models are low profile for limited space requirements.
D30870 Loadcell
The D30870 is a compact, 12.5t capacity double-ended shearbeam loadcell typically used in most onboard weighing applications. The D30870 loadcell has an identical mV/V output to the D30945 loadcell and the two models can in fact be used in the same application, if the application requires it.
D30945 Loadcell
The D30945 is not as compact as compact as the D30870 loadcell but is also commonly used in typical onboard weighing applications. The D30945 also has a capacity of 12.5t and is also available as an ATEX version for explosion-proof installations
Swedish 13 Inch Loadcell
The Swedish 13" loadcell is a very low-profile, 7.5t capacity onboard weighing loadcell where space limitations dictate that a low-profile loadcell be used.
AW2500 Small Capacity Loadcell
The Accuweigh AW2500 loadcell has a capacity of 2.5t and is ideal for light commercial vehicles such as utes, vans and light trucks.
MWP Stainless Steel Loadcell
The MWP stainless steel loadcell has a 10t capacity and its construction will resist corrosive installations.
