OVERVIEW

The PLA-G8 Linear Multi-Head Weighers feature state-of-the-art high accuracy, damped, single point loadcells, operating in conjunction with the PAKSCAN/500 multi-head Controller. This combination of the best weighing technology available provides great performance in weigh accuracy with self turning and auto-adjustment capability.

Flexibility

The linear multi-head weigher PLA-G8 is compatible for use with all retail packing options including all high-speed models of VFFS, canning, cartooning and tub filling. Transferring weighments at up to 90 dumps per minute requires special techniques which Bud-Pak has developed to suit the range of compatible packing systems. Parallel dumping and scale controlled trap technology are just two examples of interfaces to suit your packing system.

Cleaning & Maintenance

A double swing-frame supports the weigh hoppers and feed chutes, allowing free access for cleaning, repairs and maintenance. Lift-off weigh buckets with quick-disconnect pneumatic fittings provide the simplest cleaning procedure.
