Two sets of Wet Area Scales were recently supplied to the ACT’s Department of Health for use in a new medical facility. Purchased from Accuweigh’s Lansvale branch in Sydney, the Wet Area Scales are suitable for any wet area weighing application; including food preparation, medical and check weighing.
The KH Wet Area Scales scales are fitted with 304 grade stainless steel body and platter for easy cleaning and sterilising to assist with maintaining control of infectious diseases. The IP67 waterproof rating of these scales minimises the risk of damage caused during normal operation in wet areas.
Supplied with a VAC power input but also fitted with an internal rechargeable battery, the KH Wet Area Scales are ideal for use in both static and portable weighing applications. With both front and rear displays, both utilising 6 digit 13mm LED digits, these Scales can display weigh readings in either kgs or lbs.
For basic checkweighing applications, these Scales are fitted with LED lights denoting Under-Weight, Accept and Over-Weight. Available in a range of capacities from 3kg up to 30kg, the HK Wet Area Scales are the ideal low cost solution for weighing applications in wet environments.
