Another Budpak multihead weigher was recently exported to a sugar company based in Malaysia.
Manufactured by Accuweigh/Budpak’s manufacturing division in Perth, the multihead weighers are used for high speed weighing of white refined sugar being packaged for retail sales throughout Asia.
Malaysia Sugar now has six of Budpak’s PLA-G6 linear multihead weighers in their sugar production lines. The Budpak PLA-G6 multihead weighers comprise either 4, 6 or 8 individual net weight fillers controlled by Budpak’s own Pak-Scan/500 Controller. The Allen Bradley touch screen PLC based controller, allows the multihead weighers to achieve extremely fast filling rates with very high accuracy pack weights.
Budpak’s Linear Mulithead Weighers are extremely flexible with their controller software capable of being interfaced to other brands of equipment, as in this case, to the client’s existing Hayssen VFFS machine for packaging the weighed sugar.
