Accuweigh’s QWM branch supplied the crane scales for weighing bulk materials used in the manufacture of their quality mattresses.
The CAS IE-1700 crane scales were supplied with a capacity of 500kg and weighing increments of 0.2kg to ensure high accuracy weight readings could be attained on lighter materials that normally would not be able to be weighed by heavy capacity crane scales.
Built around a sturdy aluminium die cast housing that can be washed down, the CAS IE series of crane scales are suited for heavy duty weighing applications but are also compact and lightweight for easy handling. These crane scales are powered by an internal rechargeable battery that offers up to 50 hours of operation before charging using the supplied AC charger.
A wireless remote control is also supplied with the CAS crane scales to allow the operator to control the function keys from a distance.
