The sewing plant LC/LS-L is an automatic line. The bag is taken from the magazine and fitted onto the bag spout in order to be filled, during this phase the deaeration unit (optional) extracts excess air from the bag and obtains excellent bag stability as well as a suitable product compactness, making it suitable for the loading and/or the palletizing phases. At the end of the filling, the translating arms take the bag to the closing station, which is made by: bag trimming unit, sewing unit, pre-glued tape placer, and in the end heat sealing of the tape over the sewn bag. The closed bag is then turned and released in an optimal position for the following palletization phase. The line is suitable for high speed production.
