Accuweigh, a sales/service company is seeking a motivated and dynamic person to join their team as a branch manager for its Sydney operation. Accuweigh is the leading Australian owned industrial weighing company, which also specialises in packaging, inspection and onboard weighing. The successful candidate will be required to:-
• Lead and manage a team of 10
• Develop and grow the team
• Achieve business financial targets 
• Grow sales for the business 
• Implement and execute operational improvement initiatives 
• Maintain and enhance relationships with employees and clients

The role is suited to a person with strong sales experience that is wanting to move into a managerial role. The candidate will need to have exceptional leadership, problem solving, decision making and negotiation skills, with leadership experience and a technical/trade background is preferred.
The successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the sales of the branch, a key part of the role is being able to sell and to lead the existing the sales team.

Initially the position will be as a Sales Executive with advancement to Branch Manager subject to experience and performance.
