Accuweigh's AW Series sachet filling machine is a vertical intermittent-motion machine to produce stick-pack sachets. The sachet filling design to form film around dosing tubes ensures reliability and efficiency of the satchel filling application. This stick-pack machines operates with fixed sachet width and variable sachet length (different stick width is possible by changing mechanical parts).
They are built in three versions, according to the required reel width:
- Alfa P: (Maximum Reel Width 400mm)
- Alfa M: (Maximum Reel Width 600mm)
- Alfa G: (Maximum Reel Width 1,200mm and More on Request)
The machine’s production speed is a function of the number of lanes and the cycle speed. However the maximum mechanical cycle speed is 100 cycles/minute. The maximum number of lanes depends on the sachet dimensions and the cycle speed depends on product, film, dose, stick format and many other factors.
OSCILLATING CUP DOSER:
The oscillating cup doser is Universal Pack signature dosing system, very quick and extremely precise, specifically designed for free-flowing powders or granulates (sugar, salt, sweetener, pepper, black tea, creamer, instant coffee, instant tea, pharmaceutical granules, etc.
